My blog’s 2012 in review

I guess the tradition of reviewing the year passed will never get out of style, it gives us the opportunity to see what we’ve accomplished and what we didn’t manage to do due to a variety of reasons which this page can’t contain them all.  My blog adventure begun this past Summer while home in the States, after so much thinking I decided that it was time to put the money where my mouth is and “Livin’ Italian” was born.  An adventure which began with my mother who also started her own blog right and about the same time. I guess it would only be natural for my mother and I to share what links us most: writing.

As a newbie learning how to write, how to blog, how to upload photos, how to choose just the right theme for your work and so much more wasn’t easy and still isn’t.  I started off alone and ended up meeting so many interesting people who made my blog experience more satisfying and inspired me to do more.  My first 6 months of blogging where more than I expected and I am ready for 2013, making it a mission to keep it up, not only for my self, but also for all of those out there who are interested in Italy and all that surrounds our living here, especially the expat community.

I decided to share my 2012 year in review stats with all of you, as you are the ones that made anything possible. Thank you again for the help and I hope to keep on seeing you on my blog.

Happy New Year – Felice Anno Nuovo 2013

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The new Boeing 787 Dreamliner can carry about 250 passengers. This blog was viewed about 1,400 times in 2012. If it were a Dreamliner, it would take about 6 trips to carry that many people.
